Dear Friends,

Quality of care is directly proportional to favourable outcome. Quality is not just a measure of recovery from illness, it involves an overall experience and satisfaction of patient’s along with medical management and treatment.

Our theme for next 2 years is to implement guidelines into practise with the aim to improve quality of care to our women in Navi Mumbai. Through our CME’s we wish to pick up 2-3 points of good clinical recommendations which can be implemented into our practise.

Quality cannot be delivered alone by the managing consultant. It has to be a teamwork along with hospital staff. Herein lies the importance of LaQshya Manyata training which will empower our staff to deliver the desired quality of care to our patients.

Hon. Secretary Speaks

Dear Friends,

First of all let me thank all of you nmogs members as well as our senior managing committee members as well as all past presidents and secretaries for honouring me with the privilege to be the secretary of this prestigious organisation, NMOGS.

Since its inception nmogs has made mark on academic horizon of our speciality by providing rich academic content in all its academic activities throughout the year. All credit goes to the past committees till date. With able assistance and guidance from all the seniors, me in my personal capacity as well as our team will strive hard to match up the standards set up by previous teams.

Currently the medical fraternity is passing through the turmoil of social, legal, administrative atrocities enforced unilaterally by various elements even without taking into account the other side of story. Standing firmly behind each and every member in such moments of crisis, empowering them with appropriate assistance will be our top priority.

Protocol based the practice of obstetrics and gynaecology and thereby reducing errors of judgement, bringing all members on same page as far as possible as regards to clinical management is possible only by protocol based the practice and that will be the focus of majority of academic programmes throughout the tenure.

So friends, Let’s all come together in this academic journey and enrich each other with knowledge, support and assistance in moments of social, legal administrative crisis . Let’s all grow together as a team.
